"I *think* the main reason for contact info requests is in case the quilt is separated from its "packaging" -- it's more likely to be returned to you if that info is there. You are welcome to do a non-permanent label. Even paper…"

The Amish exhibit requests this in the entry form.  Its a bit confusing as there are two guidelines and then a "terms and conditions".Anyways, these words do exist:3.
